Beijing Keyuan Engineering Design Service was founded in 1993 and licensed for the water treatment building design by the State General Environmental Protection Bureau in 1999.

There are three professor senior engineers, three senior engineers, two state registered architects, two state registered structural design engineers and seven engineers. Since the establishment of Keyuan, it has completed the main design projects as follows:
