Department of Automation

This department is mainly engaged in the development and manufacture of the electronic instruments, software and hardware of the computers, as well as transducers. We are also in charge of the design, installing, debugging, maintenance of auto-control devices and projects. The following products and services are available now: industrial pH meters, concentration meter, particle size analyzer, industrial moisture meter, ultrasonic interface meter, electrodes, national calibration particles, industrial consultation, information investigation and processing control automation.

Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Engineering and Metallurgy (BRICEM), the superior organization of this department, specializing in technical research of uranium ore processing and hydrometallurgy, is a multidisciplinary and comprehensive research institute. She mainly deals with hydrometallurgy, fine chemical engineering, organic material synthesis, analysis & testing, environmental engineering, biological engineering, machining, architectural design, automation and instruments. At the beginning of 1960’s, she has done her bit for the research of the first Atomic bomb in China with the accomplishment of the simplified manufacture of nuclear-pure uranium dioxide, which provided sufficient materials for the following procedures.

BRICEM, located in TongZhou District, the east suburb of Beijing, has favorable geographical position. She would like to establish long-term scientific and technological exchange and cooperation with domestic and foreign institutions and enterprises under the principle of equality and mutual benefit.
