Reflecting infrared moisture analyzer is renewal generation of model HB reflecting infrared moisture analyzer. Based on the principle of reflection and absorption of infrared spectrum, the analyzer can be used to on-line determine the moisture of solid samples (such as powder, grain, fiber and small lump objects). The fields of application extend to ceramics, tobacco production, chemical engineering, glasswork, wood industry, metallurgy, timber and ore processing, etc.
Properties:
- Single light source, single detector and special circuit for signal amplification and transmitter are all adopted. Since there is a microprocessor to calculate and process information, the ageing of optical system and circuit and/or the signal drift owing to the temperature shift can be compensated well. It is possible to obtain good precision and stability without any temperature calibration.
- Compared to model HB, this analyzer can be used in wider fields with higher precision, better stability, superior reliability and more flexible function. The operation period without breakdown can be extended greatly, and adjustment and maintenance are easier.
