TS-92 catalyst is a macroporous exchange resin with -SO₃H groups on St-DVB copolymer beads. Its properties are almost like Amberlyst-35(Rohm&Hass,USA)and Lewatit SPC-118(Bayer,Germany)

TS-92 macroporous exchange resin can be used as essential catalyst in commercial production of MTBE, and also as catalyst for producing nonyl phenol, alkyl phenol, and acrylic ester etc.
