On-line Micro analyzer of Metal Ions

Properties & Specifications:

Based on the polarography principle, the analyzer can on-line monitor the micro-concentration of metal ions. The detective assembly comprises electric circuit, mechanical device and electrode system. Applied programmable logic controller (PLC), data management, storage and printing, the LCD can be used for curve display. The interface is friendly and easy to operate.

Measurement Range: U 1～20 mg/L or 20～100mg/L

Error Range:      ±15%

Output Signal:    4～20mA

Fields of Application:

The analyzer can be widely used in processes of metallurgy, chemical engineering and environment protection for monitoring micro-concentration of metal ions, such as the ions of Cu, Pd, Cd, Zn, U, Mo and platinum family contained in electroplating solutions, extraction process or ion exchange process, industrial effluent and raffinate in solvent.
